For so many reasons I love this.
Still forging ahead with deadlines..figured I’d share some doodles I have scurried away in my sketchbook. Kind of a self portrait/cartoon of when I was18. When cassettes were the cutting edge of technology. Remember those?
I won’t be there this weekend, but if you’re at Wizard World Philly you should check Pinups for Pitbulls @ Booth 231 out! They support a great cause that I strongly believe in. Go chat up a storm with them, they would love to meet you!
I’m at the SFA2 this weekend in Kansas City, MO this weekend at booth 901. I brought some sold out prints and originals to schill. I’m also starving and would not say no to some shitty beer or respectable whiskey.
Sunday in room 2502 I’ll be doing a panel with Andrew Bawidamann 12:30-1:30 be there or suck.

Free comics and trades I bought at Free Comic Book Day. No extra charge for the lovely carpeted backdrop. It’s been a while since I’ve seen the light of day, figure today would of been a good time to get out.
Here’s some advice I have for freelancing or what you should consider before jumping into it. It doesn’t cover all the bases (since no one’s paying me to write this) but it does set you up for some of the realities that I and other freelance illustrators face. Phil hit me up and had some…
Cause talking about the business side of art rarely happens. Brian explains it pretty spot on.
